
The CPP Remote Control System (ZMZ series) has skillfully been manipulated in such a manner that maintains its fidelity to the operator of the marine AFFAIRS, comprising the most reliable HMI brand (SIEMENS) as the indication and operation touch panel ; therefore, during the renovate process, the user-friendly equipment will be installed.
As per our proposed design for the maritime vessel’s Controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP) Remote Control System, two sets of the separate and independent systems will be installed: The safety system (SSU) and the REMOTE CONTROLLER system (RCS) to perform a hassle-free safety and monitoring, to soar over the pinnacles of the trustworthy (ZMZ-0025xx series).

RCS-ZMZ-002577 (CPP version) introduction:
The CPP Remote Control System RCS-ZMZ-002577 (CPP version) is a marine versatile and user-friendly control & safety system, has been designed to control the marine vessel’s pitch propellers, basis on the “SIEMENS” platform.
The ZMZ has skillfully been manipulated in such a manner that maintains its fidelity to the originals of the marine vessels, including the control levers, indicators and actuators; therefore, during the renovate process, as per our client’s order we may either modify the required accessories or keep the original equipment’s shapes and formats in use (to fulfil the classification society’s requirements).
As per our proposed design for the maritime vessels, the old CPP control panel can remain intact and we’ll retrofit and modernize the vessel, by enhance the “RCS-ZMZ-002577” inside the obsolete control panel to resolve the ongoing malfunctions and providing a hassle-free operation, including the local HMI station.
To observe the providence and making the retrofit process economized, the old and original levers, indicators and overall control stands, located in the several areas, including the bridge, wings and ECR will remain unmodified and be kept in use same as originals of the vessel, including the additional HMI(s).
In a brief word, we’ve designed our product in a such a manner that the original arrangements and overall control system’s framework of the vessel will be sustained (tailor-made structure).

1.The renovation and installation process of the CPP Remote Control System comprising the commissioning of the safety and remote control systems in the same cabinet (as for the retrofitted system to meet the classification society’s requirements) or inside a newly installed CPP RCS cabinet and one set of the HMI on the same panel door of the newly installed cabinet (7” HMI enclosure to install) and one set 7” HMI on the bridge console.
2.Upon upgrade process finalization, through the “SSU-ZMZ-002576” and the “RCS-ZMZ-002577-CPP”, incontrovertibly the vital and major changes in the framework (in compare to the present condition and lack of the safety/ remote control systems) will be observed.
3.The overall style of the vessel’s safety and control systems for CPP, the most imperative expectations from system, i.e. the efficiency and effectiveness of the safeties, monitoring the main engine and the CPP hydraulic parameters, shall be developed to a reasonable manner and the operator’s concerns regarding the present disastrous condition will be alleviated.

- This option wisely and effectively monitors the overall condition of the #CPP , #Gearbox & #Main_Engine .
- Major Safeties: The #SSU_ZMZ_002576 safety system is working in conjunction to the #RCS_ZMZ_002577.
- SSU provides ingenuity to supervise #pitch_angle as long as #load over main engine & continuously monitors amount of the command lever.
- Amount of load in compare to #scavenge_air_pressure continuously calculates to ensure safeties to the main engine & gearbox precisely observes.
- ==> One of the major safeties to the remote control system is the #zero_pitch condition to the #SSU .
- The Zero-Pitch precondition observes to unblock main engine & provides “ENGINE READY” signal from SSU.
- Another safety is the #overload_protection by means of the #automatic_pitch_reduction strategy.
- Zero-Pitch precondition is a vital safety check through #SSU to ensure pitch is within zero #deadband range to allow start.
